Each zafu has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one side. These zafus are filled with organic buckwheat hulls. The buckwheat hulls provide a firm cushionioning and can be added to or removed to adjust the cushioning through a small side zipper. The outer cover is made of a finely woven smooth high quality silk that is very smooth. The zafus have a smaller zippered opening neatly hidden between pleats that can be used to remove the cover and wash it. Each zafu is 15″ in diameter and 6″ in height and is available in a variety of colors.
